We provide structured coaching and mentorship programs tailored for farmers, agri-processors, and agri-tech startups, helping them transform innovative ideas into sustainable, scalable businesses. Financial Literacy Training
We empower farmers, agripreneurs, and SMEs with the essential financial knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage their businesses, make informed decisions, and improve profitability. Our financial literacy programs are practical, hands-on, and designed to bridge the knowledge gap between running an agribusiness and understanding its financial health.
Field Schools & Demo Farms
We run Farmer Field Schools (FFS) and Demo Farms as practical learning platforms where farmers, agripreneurs, and agri-tech startups acquire hands-on training in modern agricultural practices. These facilities act as innovation labs where participants learn by doing, test new technologies, and adopt techniques that improve crop productivity, climate resilience, and profitability.

The 10X Program
Outbox (U) Ltd, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is implementing the 10X Program to support 250,000 young women including 3% refugees and 5% persons with disabilities over seven years. The program aims to improve their well-being by helping them access markets, finance, and run their businesses efficiently through the digital economy.
Hi-Innovator Program
The Hi-Innovator program is an initiative of NSSF in partnership with Mastercard Foundation and implemented by Outbox. The program offers seed funding and business development support to small and growing businesses.
