EHCAI continues to support farmers with agribusiness incubation services and currently, over 10 farms have been transformed into agribusiness incubator hubs, for example, CRK Agrofarm enterprise in Rukiga District, Rwengaju Older Persons’ Agribusiness in Kabarole District, Rweshande Modern farmers in Ntungamo District, Kirungu Model Farmers in Gomba District, and Caka Divine valley mixed farm in Mbarara district.
Outbox 10X Program
10X Tech-Connect is a partnership program between Excel Hort Consult Agribusiness Incubator (EHCAI) and Outbox, designed to reduce barriers limiting the ability of young women entrepreneurs to leverage the digital economy for work. 10X Program will improve the well-being of 2500 young women entrepreneurs in the four refugee hosting districts of Isingiro, Kamwenge, Kiryandongo and Kyegegwa, by building and nurturing a digitally inclusive and resilient business ecosystem.
Sustainable Inclusive Youth Employment Pathways (SIYEP)
The Sustainable Inclusive Youth Employement Pathways (SIYEP) is a five year program (2025-2030) implemented by a consortium of seven partners including AAIN, AgroMax, Guide Leisure Farm, Omia Agribusiness, TRIDI, URDT-I and led by AFARD with support from the Mastercard Foundation. SIYEP focuses on inclusive and sustainable employment for young women, particularly young refugee women and young women with disabilities.

The project leverages solar-assisted dehydration as a climate-resilient, market-oriented solution to convert seasonal surpluses into shelf-stable, tradable products, while fostering inclusive local enterprise and market.
